POLICY

PrecisionBOM respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for responding to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated agent. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no lawsuit is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

REPEAT INFRINGERS

PrecisionBOM maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.

We consider a user to be a repeat infringer when they have been the subject of more than two valid DMCA notices without corresponding successful counter-notifications. Account termination may occur without prior notice.
